This is Side A of the waterfront duplex, it features an oversized living room with an 85" TV, plenty of board games, and a high-top bar & dining table for gathering. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Just 30 minutes from Lambeau Field with local limo services for game day.

a train runs nearby every few hours Horns can be heard outside but are minimal inside the home.
the best way to get around oconto is by car or walking It's about a half mile to the grocery store and about 1 mile to the downtown area with a boutique store called Olive & Birch and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main.
boat slip parking available for $20 per day close to the mouth of the bay Perfect opportunity to bypass the morning boat launch traffic and get right out to fish! Trailer parking is available as well as boat battery charging. Available at Sohrs Shores.
