Positive: Enjoyed the ice machine, enjoyed the security gates to enter & leave.

Negative: No staff or anyone to speak with. Did nit get our room code or gate code until 2 days late. Had to make 2817 calls. Dryer inside the room did not work. Handrail on the outside balcony was loose and very dangerous.
