Summary: Overall it was a decent stay. The house itself was clean upon arrival, but we soon found wet towels in the washer and no paper towels provided (which was fine, we bought our own). Communication with the host was subpar, I only attempted to contact him when we arrived because I was having difficulty with the lockbox but was sent straight to voicemail and my texts were never responded to, eventually I figured it out but I certainly did not appreciate not being responded to when I needed assistance and only texted with a pet fee reminder and with checkout instructions. The shower was quite small and flooded which wasn’t a great surprise and we found a large cockroach in the living room on our second day of the stay (this is Florida so it’s not uncommon for one to sneak in from outside, but just a heads up). Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay. The decor was very nice and homey, the WiFi was good, all appliances worked, and the beds were comfy. The house is located in an optimal area, nearby Millenia mall and not a far drive from relevant areas.
