Positive: The studio I stayed in was very large, bright, clean, and matched the photos 100%. Beautiful furniture in like-new condition, functional appliances designed to be useful during the stay, plenty of well-placed power outlets, excellent lighting, a properly equipped kitchen, dishes, and cooking utensils. The air-conditioning and fan were silent and efficient. Large Smart TV, perfect internet. The bathroom was super clean, with a walk-in shower, clean towels, and very high-quality toiletries. There was also a washing machine. The balcony was large, with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains — magical in the morning when the mist rolls down from the peaks... The building is just a few steps from the beach, and there are enough shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby so that everyone can find something they like. And with Grab plus the kitchen, you can have groceries or meals delivered directly. The beach is simply beautiful for several kilometers, clean, and since Quy Nhon has so far escaped mass tourism, you’re not constantly harassed by vendors or massage salons. You should take a walk on the seafront promenade, with its green spaces and outdoor fitness equipment along the way! People say hello, they smile, the atmosphere is really friendly and it’s peaceful — compared to Nha Trang, for example. The hosts were perfect from start to finish: excellent communication, answering every question, and they stayed in touch (via Zalo) during Typhoon Kaelmagi to provide information and make sure everything went well.
Negative: Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about, or almost nothing: just like there was dish soap, I think it would be even better to provide a small dose of laundry detergent and fabric softener for a three-day stay or a week. It costs basically nothing (maybe 2,000 VND), and it saves guests from having to buy that kind of thing for just one or two loads of laundry. But really, I’m nitpicking just to find something to say! Besides that, the people at the reception desk (who are not the same as the hosts) are rather cold and distant with travelers. It’s not the warmest welcome, and my first impression wasn’t great—until I was taken care of by the apartment staff. From that moment on, everything went much better. For me, and considering how reasonably priced it was, this place deserves a full 10/10. And trust me — I’m not the kind of person who gives easy reviews!
