Summary: Amazing accommodation, beautiful location and lovely staff- 100% recommend booking the private onsen experience, was able to do this via hotel.com messenger. We travelled from Osaka, I would recommend pre-booking your highway bus to the location of the hotel as the bus was fully booked the day we travelled
