the spacious common area instantly welcomes you as you come into the villa and is the perfect place for entertaining, enjoying family dinners, or watching tv there’s a comfortable sofa area with tv on one side of the common area, a dining area on the other, and access to the kitchen
all the furniture in this villa has neutral colors of white and earth tones, mixed with the soothing blue colors of the ocean The interior of the villa is very clean and clutter-free.

the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious meals during your vacation You can also hire a private chef ($) to cook for you and to make your vacation more enjoyable.
slide open the large terrace doors in the living- and dining room to access the outdoor terrace, pool area, and backyard which borders the golf course The covered terrace with ceiling fans is furnished with an outdoor dining table and a sofa sitting area. housekeeper: the spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day) We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
villa manager: you’ll also have an english/spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
