Positive: The house itself and the location were great.

Negative: I would never book a place using booking.com and Vacasa again. There is little coordination and it’s difficult to get help when you need it quickly. We sat outside waiting to get a new code to enter the house for hours. I kept being told that a code was sent but it was the same one that didn’t work.
