our tower i unit 310 is a 2-bedroom deluxe unit (1317 sq ft.) conveniently located on the third floor, directly overlooking the lagoon pool. The condo features two large bedrooms with a king bed and two queen beds. All beds have new mattresses and box springs as of January 2025.
our condo was recently remodeled, and we continue with yearly improvements It is a perfect location—close enough to the ground floor to have great unobstructed views of all the activities at the pool and beach, and high enough to enjoy the spectacular gulf views. There is quick access to the beach and pool by taking the nearby stairs or one of the two elevators.
some of the updates you will enjoy include new ceilings, new paint, woodwork, wood trim (beadboard), doors, kitchen appliances, faucets, bedding, dining table and chairs, and bedroom recliner All TVs are wall-mounted (smart TVs) with a high-definition feed. All TVs have DVD players (Blu-ray). We also have tile floors (no carpet).
