Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice.

Negative: I did not stay at Town Gates Hotel!! I was booked there, but they changed me to Old City Inn, saying it’s the same company. Old City Inn is in an old building in the old town (it is hard to find if you did not book their own driver to bring you from the airport), and the building does not have an elevator. The breakfast is on the 5th floor.

Summary: Location is excellent, but did not like the switch to different hotel from what I booked.
