Large dining room with table and seating for six. Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom containing large walk-in shower. Oversized walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master lead to the outdoor patio and fenced in private large back yard with a private pool and hot tub for your relaxation, or enjoy some time gathered around the Fire Pit on cooler evenings! Pool Heat is available as an add on November- April at $35/day if requested. On the opposite side of the home, you will find two comfortably appointed guest rooms each with Queen bed and custom closets. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway between the guest rooms. Inside the garage you will find the washer and dryer along with beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler all for guest use and a cornhole game you are welcome to set up on the back patio and use during your stay. Relax in the Hot Tub, enjoy a cook-out on the bar-b-q grill and dine at the outdoor table while overlooking the many fruit trees planted on the property, and enjoy the outdoor firepit in cooler months (new addition-pictures coming soon.) This is the perfect place to call home and enjoy a rejuvenating vacation. This home is also equipped with a Universal EV Charger for guest use.

there is a publix grocery store on manatee avenue that is 6 minutes away (12 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away ( 4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15–20-minute drive. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.
