our cabin was newly built in 2019 The design pulls in the great outdoors with knotted pine walls and a deck and hot tub that overlook the neighboring forest to give you a feeling of isolation and levity. our intent is to blend the coziness and function of a mountain retreat with the elegance of the midcentury era to create the perfect getaway for you!

ring cameras have been placed on outside doors and in the parking lot These do not have visibility inside the dwelling or to the hot tub area. we check these for weather conditions and to ensure guest count is not being abused
on rare occasions we can experience power outages and internet can be affected if weather is rough
professional photoshoots are not allowed unless consented ahead of time by host

to access downstairs where the family room and second bedroom are located you must go down a very tight spiral staircase Also accessible through an outside door during the summer. please take note if you have accessibility concerns
house rules:
max guest count is 4 -no unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval We maintain the right to charge an additional $100 fee for each un-authorized guest.
no more than 2 cars and please carpool where possible
please remove shoes in the house and pickup dog waste - We maintain the right to charge additional cleaning fee for any significant stains outside of normal wear and tear.
no firearms allowed on premises
the house is on a septic system so please only flush toilet paper
no smoking including cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, hookah, etc in the cabin Do not leave cigarette buds outside. Please bag and dispose in outside trash.
no disorderly conduct Complaints will result in your stay ending prematurely without refunds.
