NO SUNDAY CHECK INS welcome to grant summit, this is a gated community with 9 cabins on the property, we built the cabins and clean them, we are located 25 miles from downtown chattanooga. we furnish firewood for fire pits and fireplace. all cabins have their own hot tub.. we started this project in 2011 and have alot of support from people all over the world. we try to make everyone feel at home.
no pets- tenants will be evicted with no refund!
no smoking of any kind (including vaping & cigars) inside, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut please pick up after yourself, no butts left behind (on the ground)
we are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.
travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$5000 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be cancelled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival..
