proceeding down the hallway is a guest half bath and a full-size laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay
as you enter the open floor plan, you'll come into the full-size kitchen with granite countertops, subzero appliances, keurig as well as a 12-cup coffee maker, and all of the kitchen essentials needed to prepare basic meals At the wet bar, a wine color and ice maker.
the living room area is furnished with plenty of seating for relaxing in front of the tv while enjoying the gas fireplace and gulf views
just off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king size bed, tv and desk area This bedroom has direct access to the balcony. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a step-in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk-in closet.
enjoy the large private balcony with plenty of seating along with a new (winter of 2024) gas grill Please note, there is not a hot tub on this balcony.
