This is the perfect vacation home to relax and have fun with your family. Our beautiful property has an attached studio space. The attached space has a full kitchen and bathroom. Centrally located in the northeast area, This home is just minutes away from major attractions such as The Alamo and Riverwalk.

This is NOT a party house. Must be over the age of 25 to book.

The Space:
This home will be your home away from home. Inside the space has been carefully crafted to create an open space environment, making it ideal for entertaining or gathering as a group. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and it’s fully equipped, you won’t need to bring a thing! A small dedicated workspace is located between the kitchen and game room, so you don’t have to miss the fun if you have to put in some hours of work. With easy access to the kitchen, formal dining room, and backyard, is the perfect spot to play pool while you watch a game and the kids play board games at the table. You can also hang in the main living room where the large couch will sit for the whole gang and watch TV.

Guest Access:
You have full access to the house with 100% privacy.

No parties or events are allowed under no circumstances. No music or loud noise is allowed outside after 10 pm. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be mindful of indoor and outdoor house decorations and do not walk through mulch-covered areas.
