Summary: The property was very nice, clean and close to the beach. The owners really paid attention to detail when they were flipping this property. Also, the bed was great, very comfortable. There were a few things that irked me: (1) taking out the trash (why did I pay a cleaning fee?); (2) the 4 p.m. check-in with a 10 a.m. checkout. Too late and too early. Lastly, the contract was overly long and oppressive. Felt like there was a contingency for everything. Made me a little paranoid. Overall, would definitely stay again.
