Positive: I love the location. The sunrises from the river are beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction. There are so many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Negative: One night I was woken up more than once by the heavy steps of workers or visitors on the 14th floor above me. Other than that one night it was a quiet place to stay.
