Summary: Excellent access to beach, was able to use beach 1 day during our Thanksgiving stay. Rest of the days to cold. Downtown St Augustine would be a 6 mile hike if you are up to it. Trolley info, we never figured out & lady at gate not much help. Parking lots fill up early, but follow signs north of town to free parking and free shuttle, it worked well for us.
