Summary: My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and definitely not worth the $90 per night I paid. The photos online look nothing like the reality. When I arrived, they tried to give me a room far below the category I had booked. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly better room, but it still did not match the advertised photos at all. The breakfast was average and not a buffet. It wasn’t a proper continental breakfast either, the staff chose the items and portions for you. The elevator was unreliable and sometimes not working. The safe in the room was broken, wouldn’t open, and even had no batteries. Hot water also took a long time to come through. Overall, the stay was not encouraging and did not match the value for money. I would not recommend this hotel.
