Positive: Cosy room with very comfortable bedsheet and great welcoming antipasti. The jacuzzi was also nice, and the towels provided are very big and fluffy.
Negative: First, I didn’t get the room I was promised, but a much smaller one. The jacuzzi is beautiful but because of it the entire room was constantly very humid. For example, it was impossible to have our towels and clothes fully dry. In the room, outside the window stands a street light. And because you cannot fully close the curtains of the window, you get light in the room during the entire night. The bathroom is extremely small. The room was cleaned only once in 3 days. « Breakfast included » is a joke. You can only get one free croissant and coffee at a nearby cafe. No fruits, no bread, no cereals, no eggs. If like me you don’t eat sweet and need proteins in the morning then you dont eat. I could not even have simple bread. It is very difficult to find parking. The lady of the hotel showed us a parking spot. The next morning we had the surprise of seeing our car blocked because it was market day, but we had no way of knowing. We had to wait and discuss for 1 hour to finally be able to move the car. Considering the price we paid, we were very disappointed by the poor and ignorant service we received - and receiving antipasti is not enough to make up for it. We will not come back.
