Upon entering this double story house, you will be nothing but impressed with the modern styling that includes all the creature comforts of home. The lounge room comes complete with a large screen tv and wood fire to snuggle up next to on those cosy winter nights.
The dining room is situated just off the kitchen and opens up onto the large deck to create the indoor/outdoor dining experience for the whole family whether it be a summer bbq or a hearty winter roast.
The kitchen comes complete with gas cooking and an electric oven, dishwasher and a Delonghi coffee machine for that early morning coffee fix.
Down the hall way are all of your bedrooms including the master suite with a private ensuite. The main bathroom has a shower and bath to cater for the whole family's needs.
The internal spiral staircase leads down to the rumpus room which is filled with an assortment of games to play including a ping pong table. There is also a second wood fire, television and sitting area, creating the perfect space for the kids to hide away so parents can enjoy a few minutes of peace upstairs.
