***The pool is not able to be heated in the winter, but you can use the hot-tub on the patio at your convenience at no charge.

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months when booking 30+ days (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
