Positive: Beautiful villa with spectacular reviews. So many bedrooms that we lost count. Well situated for exploring local towns. Very good restaurant within walking distance. Very responsive owner/agency who were very motivated to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Negative: Some decor and furniture was a little dated. Kitchen and equipment was very basic, however the food in Crete is so good and cheap many probably choose to eat out. Very big baths which was lovely but not enough hot water for them and we ran out a number of times. If you were a large party using all of the bedrooms, the living space might be on the small side.
