please be advised the neighbors pay close attention to the rules and they will report misconduct so please be quiet and courteous at all times There are non-recording Noise sensors devices inside and outside of the home that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or audios).
be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home to monitor this policy They are also used for security measures while the home is vacant.
