Positive: Proximity of the private beach is very positive, the shore is very shallow, so it is suitable even for smaller kids. Most of the days it was very quiet location. The house itself is very quiet and you have absolute privacy. Silvia, the host who welcomed us, was very kind, explained everything. When we run out of gas in the kitchen, the she solved it within the hour. There are also some sun shades and beach equipment available.
Negative: There is one bedroom(with bunk beds) without AC and can be quite hot during hotter days, but it is advertised upfront and there is a possibility to cool it down from AC from other bedroom.
