my villa is 3 levels and first floor you have a suite with a shower & a full bath, second level you will find living area with full kitchen and a balcony and screened lanai and a 1/2 bath Third level you find two bedrooms one is the beautiful Master bedroom with their own private screened lanai and balcony and a full bathroom with shower and tub. Second bedroom is two twins beds with ample space and natural lighting. 1 car garage & I guess parking so total of two vehicles are only available in the property per family.
