Summary: Disappointing- the description as written on Hotels.com is not accurate. This hotel does not have a restaurant let alone a bar. It does not even have 24/7 staff and requests payment be done in cash. I have a confirmation for a balcony room with view of Cross Mountain. My room had no balcony or view as I contracted.
