Positive: The host is extremely hospitable, and communication with him was excellent throughout our stay. He is a masterful chef, and the meals he prepared were outstanding. We were even gifted a bottle of homemade wine, free of charge. The unit is located right next to the shore, and the cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. The host also provided a generous selection of basic amenities, including bread, milk, oil, prosciutto, toilet paper, detergent, and dishwasher pods. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the coast, and the view from the terrace is truly breathtaking. The peaceful atmosphere and quiet moments spent overlooking the water were absolutely priceless, a perfect setting for relaxation.

Negative: While the host is very welcoming and the location is picturesque, the unit did not fully match the description or photos on Booking.com. It is a compact space and may not be ideal for four adults. The listing mentions two bedrooms, but in reality, there is only one with two separable beds. The second sleeping area is a fold-out bed for two, which is accessed by stepping over a small table, and the mattress is not particularly comfortable. The living area lacks chairs, which makes indoor dining a bit inconvenient during poor weather. For longer stays, this setup may feel limiting. Access to the public beach requires walking around the unit, and the pool area has only four sunbeds for up to ten guests, so it can get crowded. During our eight-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed, and they appear to be fixed in place, which may not suit everyone’s expectations for hygiene. Overall, while the host’s hospitality and the location are definite highlights, the accommodation could benefit from a more accurate description and a few practical improvements to better support longer or group stays.
