Positive: The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were courteous with decent service. Still, for a place tied to the Fendi family, it felt disappointingly ordinary—I expected a touch more luxury and refinement.

Negative: It felt very much like a bait and switch. We were placed in the garden area or “garden house“, a section entirely detached from the main hotel, and the experience fell far short of what one would expect from the Fendi brand. The accommodations bore more resemblance to staff quarters than to the refined luxury typically associated with Fendi—weathered, outdated, and in clear need of substantial renovation. For those seeking a true Fendi experience, I strongly recommend confirming that your reservation is within the main hotel building, as the garden rooms do not reflect the brand’s signature standard of elegance or sophistication.

Summary: Disappointingly inconsistent with the elegance and refinement synonymous with the Fendi brand.
