the villa was completed in 2016 as a new and modern construction and has been lovingly maintained by its owners ever since The house sits on a cul-de-sac and as such offers a beautiful, safe and quiet area for kids to play and ride their bicycles if they please. it sits on a 485 sqm plot of land and is comprised of 5 structures:
1- the main house all on one level, with 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite), large open style kitchen, dining area, living room, covered car park for 2 cars with electric gate, front balcony / terrace and back yard
2- guest house building which houses a large room with own bathroom and shower Alongside this is the laundry room with washer/dryer combo and shelving for additional storage.
3- third building which is a 2-story structure with one room downstairs and another on the second floor, accessible with hand crafted and solid spiral staircase offering beautiful views of the surrounding green hills The downstairs room is furnished with a queen size sofa bed and designed as a kid’s playroom; while the room on the second level is furnished as a home office.

5- finally, the pool with dimensions of 3x7m; 16m deep with pumps and filtration system housed underground to maximize space and minimize noise disturbance when operational. The pool and back yard are 100% private with nobody capable of looking in. The area comes equipped with aluminium & rattan dining table with umbrella and 6 chairs with matching 4 sun beds & side table as well as an additional high table with 2 stools and coffee table with 2 lounge chairs; great for entertaining guests.
the house comes fully equipped with the following electronics and essentials; full furniture in dining, living and bedrooms, black out curtains in all areas, oven & hood, fridge & freezer combo, microwave, kettle, mosquito catching gizmo, washing machine, 8 split ac units, powerful router, 55 and 42 inch led tvs, stereo system with dvd player, main water heater, house pump + well (your water is free from the ground!), complete pool chlorine sweet water system, led flood lights covering the whole perimeter and a state of the art 4 camera wifi security system with 1tb memory - remote access and can even run with the electricity cut off
the entire house is equipped with energy saving or led light system both indoor and outdoor; all windows have mosquito nets so you may enjoy the beautiful weather without the annoyance of mosquitos and has been upgraded with elevated perimeter fence and security steel on windows and doors to allow you peace of mind if you plan on leaving the unit for extended periods of time unattended
