Positive: Great view from the house!
Negative: Our host was not available when we arrived to the house around 15.00 pm. The person who was handing us the keys did not take us through the house. He could not speak proper English. It was a pretty short interaction. The dishwasher was broken outside, which made it difficult for us to put the dishes. Dishes not clean!!!! We had to wash the dishes again since the dishes were not clean when we took over the house. The house had plastic glasses for drinking with scratches!!!! For that kind of money paid, you would expect regular glas- glasses for drinking. There was a restricted number of dishwasher and washing machine detergeant, which made us think that the host/owner was not sensitive to the needs to the customers but rather calculating little things. The host Irina was helpful before arrival, she was not there when welcoming though. She does not have the right level of privacy. During the 5 days vacation instead of trying to resolve topics over phone, she repetitively asked us to come over the house, which made us feel very anxious, since we saw it as an invasion of privacy. Topics such as : 1)instead of sending the location of a beach, she wanted to come over the house and show it- she was asking us when we would be at home - , or 2)instead of solving a conflict about a reservation which involved us paying extra money for her, she did not share IBAN but she wanted to come over the house and take the cash from us. I rented 3 different houses through booking this year (South France, Greece, Croatia) , this one was very bizarre in the way it was managed.
Summary: Great from outside, not so great inside due to details and overall management.
