Positive: We liked the house, pool, air-conditioning, garden, and rooms. There is a colony of feral cats that was a plus for us. The view is nice where it is not interrupted by a neighbouring building, especially towards the west at sunset. It was quiet while we were there. The house uses solar energy to heat the water (although it is limited to 800L a day). The nearby lake is nice to swim in.
Negative: Tap water is not potable, which we did not know ahead of time (arsenic levels exceed European norms). Since no filter is provided, you have to buy bottled water at a supermarket. The expectation, therefore, is that you drive a car. If you are on foot, you'll have to carry the water up a steep hill (the cost of having a view), daily. There is no sidewalk at first and cars drive fast in a blind curve, which is freaky and dangerous at night. The bedding is synthetic. This may not be a negative point for you. The washing machine is violently loud, sounding like someone wants to tear down the house and moving and rotating severely during a wash.
Summary: Nice. Bring a car.
