Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We wanted to have an isolated place, and that was it. No neighbors close, but not far from the beach either (5 min drive). There we were spending up to 5 hours swimming every day. Su Barone seems to be the best beach in Sardinia from my perspective. Maybe not so colorful water like in some other places, but the space and the sand is great. In some parts of the beach people with dogs were coming, but did not bother and were on a distance. It is a rural house, not super comfy maybe for somebody, but you just need to clearly know what is your priority. We spent there 2 weeks and were happy. Helpful host:) Some downsides noted below, but, for us there were not critical. Though, I hope the host will pay attention and will be prepared a bit better (though, most of the issues were already addressed).

Negative: No conditioner, but ventilators were provided There were occasional issues with the bathroom, but were resolved quite quickly by the host. And, it seems that new guests will not face them anymore:) Sometimes a bit of noise at night from the marble quarry nearby (2 km), but that was moderate The garden itself could be cleaner The road to the house is dusty (especially is you go fast), I had to wash the car twice as could not see though the windows properly:)
