From the terrace you can walk via a private stairway to the ocean, where you can snorkel and dive. At 50 meters from the house there is a small beach from where you can easily reach the Ocean (especially as a dive site) so your dive into the sea can easily start.
the villa is on the side of a small town called sint michiel (not a tourist center). Within 10 minutes you can be in downtown Willemstad. At 5 minutes from the Sea Side Villa you will find a large supermarket. And right in front of the house (private staircase to the Ocean) is one of the top dive sites (Snake Bay) of Curacao.
