Summary: Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! There is free coffee, a Lavazza modo mio machinetta which makes some good quick espresso to start your day right. My girlfriend believes the floors could’ve been cleaner in the room, however, the overall cleanliness of the room was top class. Don’t take this the wrong way as the room was very organized and well taken care of. The ability to leave your bags until 3pm the day of checkout is a great bonus. We will definitely be staying again, when we decide to come back to Firenze!
