Positive: Villa Tregia is a gem! The villa was clean and spacious. Great outdoor spaces and access to the water was amazing for afternoon dips. And Tellaro offers what you'd fine at the better-known Cinque Terre towns -- without all the crowds. It's an easy, 10 minute walk into the quaint village where there there are a few restaurants/cafes, and markets for essentials, including beer + wine.
Negative: Not much to complain about, but the parking is a bit of a hassle. There are "spots," but they were both a 5-minute walk away. Not a big deal, but if you're using your car a lot or have lots of bag (groceries, baby stuff, etc.) just beware the spots aren't immediately adjacent.
Summary: Location! Location! Location! Why visit 5T when there's Tellaro?!
