Positive: The staff were very nice and tentative to all the guests request
Negative: The cleanliness, scent of carpets in public corridors, there is heavy renovation going on and one of the construction labours accidentally opened our room and bulged in thinking it was not occupied, fire alarms go on most of the time, sometimes without prior notice so you cant really safely exclude the fact that it might be a real fire We tried to reach out to the GM or the director of operations with no luck
