Positive: Very big house, all the things you need are there. In the kitchen all is there. Nice view. Swimming pool with seats. A nice lounge, for 8 people. Perfect house for family of 8. Nice living room, big screen tv. Large garage with fitness and washing machines and dryer. Close by are stores. Big fridge in the kitchen. Air fryer available, oven, outside bbq,... . The beds are good quality, it does get a bit hot in the rooms, but you can use the fans, there are 2 located in the garage.
Negative: all was good but some small remarks,: location of the house, the view is fantastic, but it's on a hill. But that's Madeira... . First day was difficult, the more you go back to the house, the more you get used to driving there. At the pool or lounge, there is a umbrella, but not the best quality, and there is only 1 available. But since the weather in Madeira is moderate, we did not really used it. But it would be nice to have 2. For the fans, there are 2, but 4 rooms ... So you have to make decisions :). In the kitchen there are plenty of plates to eat, all sorts, also wine glasses... For normal drinks, there are glasses, but not enough, in my opinion, we had to load the dishwasher every day, just to have enough glasses, and we went with teenagers, so they often forgot to put the glasses In the dishwasher :). But like I said, these are all details, we had a blast time in this house.
