villa vivero 13 is a lovely 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 2-story villa, completely renovated and remodeled with all new indoor-outdoor furniture in the fall of 2023 the villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxed vacation in the caribbean!
the first thing you see when you come through the beautiful double front door at villa vivero 13 is the grand entrance hall with double-height ceilings
the open living- and dining area is the heart of the villa with stunning 23 ft ceilings and windows that give you plenty of natural light. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofas, chairs, and a TV. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably and is a great place to enjoy your “formal” dinners.
next to the living-, dining areas, there is a second living room with comfortable sofas, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan This living room can be closed off from the main living- and dining room and is perfect if you need a more quiet space to relax.
the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the villa includes a private cook who will cook all your meals during your vacation (food and beverages are not included)
slide open the large terrace doors in the living- and dining areas and step out on the outdoor terrace and pool area The outdoor space was renovated and updated in 2023. The large, covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and a TV area with comfortable sofas. The pool, pool deck, and Jacuzzi were completely redone to give this outdoor space a contemporary and clean look while maintaining the privacy and surrounding tropical landscape.
