Positive: The location is fantastic—just two blocks from the main park and close to downtown, the Éxito supermarket, Cristo on the hill, and our favorite coffee shop, Jende. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; they even asked for my floor preference and gave me a wonderful top-floor room with a view. On top of that, the hotel was impeccably clean, and room service was provided daily.
Negative: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about my stay.
