welcome to beach sunset! this 3rd-floor penthouse offers an amazing view of the gulf, a shared pool, and beautiful sunrises on the back balcony with tall chairs and a high-top table to see over the railing Inside, the large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils, everything you need to enjoy your stay. A center island and wide granite counters provide plenty of kitchen space to prepare meals. This property is decorated with beach and marine life and soothing colors of green and blue. The dining table looks out the sliding glass doors with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room area is made up of large windows for maximum viewing, a sofa that also folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space, an accent chair, a rocker/recliner, and a large wall-mounted TV.
