Summary: Just stayed her for 3 day weekend w my wife and 3 daughters that are in college and our friends that have 2 college kids too. This house had so much room and is in great condition It was perfect for our group. The downstairs is a gameroom/separate area that face kids place to hang out. House is very well stocked and good layout. On to the outside. Back deck is large and sweet view of lake and the cove or inlet it sits in is so perfect for swimming and hanging out. No boat traffic and calm water and dock is so awesome. Has a slide and two levels. We did lots of swimming off of it! Even got a blue tooth speaker on dock! There are some stairs to get down to dock but most houses on Smith Lake do so you just deal w it. Highly recommend this house. A
