Positive: The living room being on the top floor. The en-suite shower. Opening the French windows to check out the view.
Negative: The very steep steps to the property. No banister on the stairs down to the bedrooms. The dirty oven. Lack of instructions for parking. No instructions for the tv or heating.
Summary: House is a work in progress by the looks of things.
