Positive: + nice location; + there is a pool and a SPA things if you like that; + and some things for kids too; + very friendly staff; + there is a restaurant AND a bar (and not just some lobby bar - a regular bar with a pool table and stuff like that); + free parking on the site, seems very big; + super quiet at the night;

Negative: - room seems very outdated and raw (small bathroom with no place for towels, electric sockets hidden in awkward places, a bed lamp which is a kind of a garden lamp with switch under its stand and stuff like that);

Summary: Very nice hotel in a nice location
