Positive: The owner is very responsive, the location is great, there’s everything one needs in the flat: fridge, washing machine, etc
Negative: No possibility to make it dark in the morning at all. Wouldn’t hurt to hang some roll-curtains with blackout structure. Quite loud, better take earplugs for nights. But that’s okay due to the location.
