Summary: This is an older structure but it has been maintained efficiently. The property and rooms are kept clean and functioning well. I had no bug problems. I am a traveling salesman and I really like having a full functioning kitchen as i typically stay in an area 2 or 3 weeks. This hotel offers a clean environment and atmosphere relatively free of criminal elements at very good rates. This is the 2nd time i have stayed here in 2 years time. I will stay here again next time i come to Des Moines.
