The downstairs features luxury vinyl flooring with an open living/dining area, kitchen, and 1/2 bath, the garage is not accessible to guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with smart TVs. Two guest rooms feature double XL twin beds that can be pushed together to make a modular king bed. The spacious master suite with a master bath, features double vanity, shower, and king bed. The walk-in closet has two additional fold-out twin memory foam mattresses. Pack & play and a high chair are also provided. Open back patio with a view of Shadow Lake the community pond!
