Welcome to our cozy ~100 -year-old home! The space you will have to yourself is our basement with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/laundry, private bathroom and a spacious living room. The unit has its own private entrance secured with a keyless deadbolt. These areas are not shared with us, but we do occupy the main floor of the home. As to be expected with older homes, sounds, creaks, footsteps, voices or laughter may be heard by all. If you are looking for absolute privacy this might not be the best place for you. We are very respectful of our guest's privacy and we will not directly interact with you during your stay.
that being said, we are thrilled to welcome you and your companions to our home! we have included basic amenities for you to feel at home We are well-located just 10 minutes away from downtown Denver and 1.7 miles away from one of the main highways to drive straight into the mountains for outdoor activities and incredible ski resorts during the winter! huston lake park is only one block away and it has a beautiful scenic view of the mountains for you to enjoy!
pets: we consider our home "pet friendly", meaning that your 4 legged friends are welcome to stay with us (please see house rules) Please note that we do not provide pet care, toys, treats, secured backyard, etc.
as such, we kindly ask our guests to please do not leave pets unattended at any time (it is the guest responsibility to care for their own pets Please take into consideration that we are providing accessories such as lamps, speakers, etc. for the guest's comfort which may be damaged by pets.
