Enjoy viewing miles and miles of the Gulf of Mexico or picturesque Little Lagoon. Open the doors to enjoy the salt water breeze and sounds of the surf. A private Gulf-front beach with a gazebo and walk over is a short stroll from the front door.
plan your days around viewing a setting sun over the lagoon from one of two piers There is also a private launch (small fee) for your boat or jet ski. The popular 'pass' connecting the Gulf of Mexico with Little Lagoon is a short boat ride, float, or walk away. Fishing and swimming are great at the pass. Young and old will enjoy the private sand beach on the lagoon, our pool, or two lighted tennis courts/pickle ball courts. Outdoor grills and picnic tables are available as well, first come, first served.
