Chalet by the river is a cozy chalet style home on the banks of the Yellowstone River with views all around. The wrap around deck provides a place to relax and enjoy the view with your family and friends while grilling dinner in the outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, small fridge and a 6 seat bar.

We offered the chalet for rent to folks visiting our area in the past but decided to enjoy it ourselves for a few years. We are again making it available for your vacation in Yellowstone and southern Montana. So plan the family vacation you've been waiting for. Guests prefer our country location a way from the crowds, yet only a short distance to Gardiner, the north entrance to Yellowstone. We know you will not be disappointed! There are 4 bedrooms as well as 2 other sleeping areas accommodating up to 12 people. There is a large open great room dining room kitchen. The table will easily seat 9-10. The outdoor space is large and open with a fenced in backyard, swing set, tether ball, volleyball and soccer field. You may want to fish the Yellowstone River, a blue ribbon trout stream, just below the house. Hiking trail heads are within walking distance. The Yellowstone Hot Springs is just 4 miles up the road which is a natural hot springs with a variety of pools to enjoy.
