The northern beaches, Can Picafort, Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are only 30 minutes by car. A car is necessary to explore the island and get around.This beautiful villa has a private and fenced pool of 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 meters, perfect for taking a refreshing swim on hot days. The pool area is complemented by a barbecue area with seating, which will allow you to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends. The villa also has a beautiful garden with a hammock and a ping pong table, which offers entertainment for all ages. The porch offers a cozy living area with a table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is private parking outside.Inside, the villa has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, and capsule coffee maker.
